E S Pet Care’s Holiday Home is licensed by Somerset West and Taunton Council Licensing Officers and fully insured. This provides the most professional and safe service for my customers. After your initial enquiry, an in-depth consultation will take place where we discuss in depth your dogs ‘Daily Routine’: feeding regime, likes and dislikes, walking routine etc. I treat your dog/s as if they were my own, and I follow the visiting dogs ‘Daily Routine’ in order to keep your dog happy and relaxed. Holiday Home – I have a genuine love for dogs, fully qualified and experience in dog care, have a fully secure garden, and a dog proof house. Visiting dogs stay in my Home with other friendly sociable dogs, many of which are regulars and been on holiday with me for years. Trial Stay - I offer a 24-hour sleep over, which is a legal licensing requirement and has to be carried out by all licensed dog boarders, where your dog/s come to my Holiday Home for two days and one night. This is a legal requirement, it is to check the dog will be happy for larger holidays, and it also puts clients’ minds at rest before a big holiday e.g. clients who have not left their dog before. The dog then comes bounding through the door in excitement for their actual holiday, as they know what is happening! What to Pack – Your dog needs to pack his/her suitcase too! They take all their belongings from their bed, food, bowls, leads, to their favourite squeaky toy. This allows them to have their familiar smells, and emphasises their home from home environment. Collection and Delivery - E S Pet Care offers a complete service for the Taunton area, chauffeured your dog/s to and from the holiday home. When owners drop off or leave their dogs, they can become extremely stressed and anxious. This service is purposely included to make your dog as relaxed as possible, dogs soon associate my van with an exciting fun packed holiday! Outside the Taunton area, you will be required to drop off and pick up your dog at the time arranged. My dog Bella has stayed with E S Pet Care for 10 of the last 19 weeks while I've been away on a work course. Having researched the options and visited various dog boarding kennels and similar, I was lucky to have found E S Pet Care. Emma is a lovely person who really cares for the pets that she looks after. When I arrive to collect my dog, Bella always looks so happy as if she's had a little holiday. She gets plenty of walks in safe areas, has fun times and the environment she stays is homely.
