Emma has looked after our two cats regularly whilst we're away. She provides a very friendly, reliable service and looks after our cats wonderfully. I would recommend her to anyone. My nervous scared of everyone cat loved Emma and was looked after excellently, and the thoughtful email updates on how he was doing was a really nice touch that completely put my mind at ease. S can be nervy sometimes around new people; Emma came round to meet us both well in advance of the week away, and took a detailed description of normal routines and habits/hiding places etc. While I was away I got daily updates on how S was doing when Emma came round to visit her. S seemed very happy and relaxed when I got back and is her normal loud, shouty self :) I would absolutely recommend Emma and I wouldn't hesitate to use her service again in the future - it would have been much more expensive to use a cattery and much more stressful for S overall.
